📌 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Yaga Exchange platform (website, mobile app, or API), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered members, and traders.

👤 2. Eligibility

To use Yaga Exchange, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where our services are permitted
• Not be on any government or regulatory sanctions list
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information

🎁 3. Gift Card Trading

When trading gift cards on Yaga Exchange, you agree that:

• All submitted gift cards must be legitimately acquired
• Cards must be unused and have the full stated balance
• Fraudulent or stolen cards will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement
• Rates displayed are indicative and may change; the final rate at the time of transaction applies
• Yaga Exchange reserves the right to reject any transaction at its discretion

₿ 4. Cryptocurrency Exchange

Cryptocurrency transactions on our platform are subject to the following:

• All crypto prices are based on live market rates and may fluctuate rapidly
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your wallet addresses are correct
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible — Yaga Exchange cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses
• We comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations
• Large transactions may require additional verification

📱 5. Airtime & Data Services

For airtime and data purchases:

• Recharge is delivered instantly to the provided phone number
• Incorrect phone numbers provided by users cannot be refunded
• Service availability depends on network operators and may occasionally be disrupted
• Data bundles have expiry periods set by respective network providers

🔒 6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Yaga Exchange will never ask for your password via email or chat. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

🚫 7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Yaga Exchange:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activities
• Using the platform with stolen payment methods or gift cards
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems
• Providing false identity documents or KYC information

⚖️ 8. Fees & Charges

Yaga Exchange charges a service fee on transactions. Fees are clearly disclosed before you confirm any trade. We reserve the right to adjust fees with reasonable notice. Bank transfer charges by your financial institution are separate and not controlled by Yaga Exchange.

🛡️ 9. Limitation of Liability

Yaga Exchange is not liable for losses arising from market fluctuations, network outages, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the transaction in dispute.

📬 10. Contact & Disputes

For any disputes, please contact our support team at support@yaga.exchange within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 48 business hours. Unresolved disputes may be subject to arbitration under Nigerian law.

🔄 11. Changes to Terms

Yaga Exchange reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
